National Firearms Act Trusts (“NFA trusts”) are a useful way to buy and hold items subject to the National Firearms Act. These items include suppressors (sometimes called silencers) and legal full-automatic firearms such as the curios and relic machine guns allowed here in Minnesota. I can show you how an NFA trust will cut down on the red-tape during the purchasing process of an NFA item and how owning it through an NFA trust will make possessing it and passing it to future generations easier.
